Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with DMI Personal Care in Wharton. This role supports daily production, packaging, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns

1st Shift: 7AM to 3PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, specifically packing parts
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout your shift

Role Responsibilities

Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
Verify that the correct products are packaged and placed in the appropriate containers
Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards throughout the work shift
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete daily work assignments
