Fitting Room Attendant - Miami

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Fitting Room Attendant to work with a leading company in the luxury retail sector in Miami. You will be working for the client in Miami.

Shift patterns

• Shifts are 3-5 hours long and 5-6 days a week. They can start between 1 am and 3 pm. The final schedule will be set after interviews. Availability to work at least one weekend day per week is required. Occasional early starts (from 9:00 AM) may be scheduled for stock or store setup

Pay rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Fitting Room Attendant:

• Customer service experience within high end retail environment
• Warm, welcoming and customer-centric interpersonal style
• Basic styling confidence and product familiarity
• Ability to manage garment flow and maintain organisation
• High attention to cleanliness and presentation standards
• Situational awareness to support customer comfort and privacy
• Calm handling of peak periods and queues
• Team-oriented mindset and responsiveness to lead direction
• Ability to commute to the Miami Design District and adhere to the shift schedule

Desirable requirements for Fitting Room Attendant:

• Spanish is a plus
• Outgoing, bubbly and energetic personality
• Passion for athletic leisure wear, pilates, yoga, fashion, and lifestyle retail brands
• Experience working with brands similar to Lululemon, Alo Yoga, Athleta, Fabletics, etc.
• High School Diploma

Your role for Fitting Room Attendant

• Manage the flow of customers in and out of the fitting room area efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the stalls
• Assist customers with garment sizes and provide basic styling advice
• Ensure all items are properly hung and returned to the sales floor
• Respond to customer inquiries with a helpful and positive attitude
• Support the store team in achieving daily operational and presentation goals
• Handle customer feedback and concerns with professional situational awareness
