Lumper - La Porte

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Lumper to work with CRC in La Porte. This is a physically demanding, warehouse-based role responsible for loading and unloading cargo, breaking down pallets, and sorting freight in trailers and containers to ensure warehouse efficiency.
Shift Patterns

• M - F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 12.00 - 14.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Lumper

• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy items, often up to 50+ lbs
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or forklift experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred

Role for Lumper

• Manually move goods, boxes, or pallets into or out of trailers and containers
• Break down, sort, and rebuild pallets according to SKU, size, or vendor requirements
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks
• Inspect freight for damage and verify shipment accuracy
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow all OSHA safety protocols
