Shift Patterns

• Saturday-Monday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 20.75 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Utility

• Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, or warehouse environments.


• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed.


• Basic understanding of safety practices in an industrial or facility environment.


• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Desirable Requirements for Utility

• Forklift or industrial equipment operation experience.


• Experience in manufacturing, facilities maintenance, or building operations.

Role for Utility

• Perform general facility upkeep, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas, equipment rooms, and common spaces.


• Execute groundskeeping tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, snow and ice clearing, and minor landscaping.


• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout rules, and company policies at all times.


• Report hazards, equipment issues, or facility concerns promptly to management.
