• Mon - Fri, 7am - 3:30pm

Pay rates

• 12.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Lumper

• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy items, often up to 50+ lbs.


• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or forklift experience is preferred.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Role for Lumper

• Manually load and unload goods, boxes, and pallets from trailers and containers.


• Break down, sort, and rebuild pallets based on specific SKU, size, or vendor requirements.


• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely.


• Inspect freight for potential damage and verify shipment accuracy against documentation.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area in compliance with safety protocols.
