This role supports daily warehouse operations by providing excellent customer service, processing shipping and receiving transactions, handling billing, and maintaining accurate records.Shift patterns
- Fri - Sun 5 PM - 5 AM
- 22.00 USD hourly
- More than 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform data entry and process billing or shipping documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment while communicating with customers and internal teams
- Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately
- Prepare and process billing and invoicing with attention to detail
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to shipping, receiving, billing, and orders
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
- Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and customers
