This role involves working on high-tolerance semi-production projects, grinding small tool steel details to precise specifications. We are open to both experienced professionals and those looking to grow their skills as trainees.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm or 4pm depending on overtime
• Average of 50 hours per week

Pay Rates

• 25.00 - 26.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Grinder Operator

• More than 1-2 years of grinding experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency with measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and various gages
• Solid knowledge of machines and shop environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills

Desirable requirements for Grinder Operator

• Experience with saw and milling work

• Operate surface grinding machines to produce high-precision parts
• Grind flat small details to tolerances of +/- .001
• Work on high-tolerance semi-production projects
• Maintain quality standards for small tool steel components
