Pick/Pack - Bolingbrook

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Bolingbrook. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed with high accuracy and care in a fast-paced environment.


Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday, 2nd shift, 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Pay rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers


• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers


• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product


• Consistently perform job functions while maintaining safety, punctuality, and meeting deadlines


• Work collaboratively with other team members to accurately complete daily tasks
