At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Packer to work with Amsino Healthcare in Vernon Hills. This role is essential for ensuring that high-quality medical products are prepared and packaged according to strict industry standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM
- 17.00 USD hourly
- High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for four or more consecutive hours
- Effective communication skills in English with the ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment
- Experience operating or assisting with production machinery and performing quality inspections
- Familiarity with workplace safety practices, quality control processes, and lean manufacturing principles
- Inspecting, packaging, and preparing finished products according to quality standards
- Monitoring product flow through processing equipment and assisting with basic troubleshooting
- Reporting equipment malfunctions, production downtime, or quality concerns to supervisors
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adhering to all company policies
- Professional stability in a leading healthcare manufacturing environment
