Introduction

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of four or more consecutive hours.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Effective communication skills in English and ability to follow work instructions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating production machinery and performing quality inspections.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and workplace safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.

Role Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished products according to quality standards.
• Monitor product flow through processing equipment.
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and report malfunctions or production downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
