Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in North Aurora. This role is essential to ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Shift patterns:

• 1st shift: Friday to Tuesday, 6:30 am to 3 pm

Pay rates:

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack:

• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs periodically during the shift


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack:

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery


• Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers


• Handle products with care to avoid damage while maintaining a consistent pace


• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines


• Maintain a focus on safety and punctuality throughout the work period
