Requirements

Requirements for Machine operator:

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Your role for Machine operator

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production cycles.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
