Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operator to work with a leading company in the automotive sector in Marysville. This role involves the manufacture and assembly of high-quality parts at a pre-determined rate.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 6am-2:30pm with overtime as needed.

Pay Rates

• 16.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Able to lift 30 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Role Responsibilities

• Interpret and adhere to verbal, written, and visual manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain machine safety standards and follow all safety policies.
• Apply one-piece flow processes and 5-S housekeeping principles.
• Identify quality parts and follow defective part reporting procedures.
• Adhere to company quality policies and employee handbook guidelines.
