General Labor / Warehouse Associate - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor / Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and distribution facility in North Aurora, IL. In this versatile role, you will perform a variety of essential manual tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday 4 PM to 12:30 AM
• Willingness to work overtime or weekend shifts during peak operational demands.

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor / Warehouse Associate

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously across an 8–10 hour shift.
• Comfort using manual tools, box cutters, and pallet jacks.

Role for General Labor / Warehouse Associate

• Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers and containers.
• Sort, stack, and secure items onto pallets, utilizing shrink wrap for safe transport.
• Assist with basic assembly, ticketing, kitting, or rework tasks as assigned.
• Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
