Shift Patterns

• Front Half Night Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 7:00am - 5:30pm

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Cherry Picker:

• Proven experience operating cherry pickers


• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary


• We are currently accepting re-hires for those who have previously worked for the company through Job&Talent, Freight Breakers, or Balance Staffing

Skills Requirements for Cherry Picker:

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated


• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment


• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations and equipment functionality


• Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling best practices


• Understanding of OSHA regulations pertaining to warehouse safety


• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred

Role Tasks for Cherry Picker:

• Operate cherry picker equipment safely and efficiently to pick orders from high shelving units


• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and pallet jacks


• Perform order picking tasks accurately, ensuring that items are selected according to specifications


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards


• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns
