This is a physically active, fast-paced warehouse role ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on fulfillment environments and take pride in handling premium consumer goods, specifically Nespresso coffee products.

Shift Patterns

Sun, Fri, Sat 8:00:00am-6:30:00pm (includes 30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

19.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate

Experience working in a warehouse environment
Ability to stand on feet throughout the entire shift
Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs continuously
Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Desirable Requirements for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or general labor involving fast-moving consumer packaged goods
Experience operating handheld RF inventory scanners

Role for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate

Rapidly inspect, sort, and organize Nespresso coffee capsule sleeves, machines, and accessories by SKU or shipping destination
Use RF handheld scanners to verify serial numbers and quantities to ensure 100% order accuracy
Assemble coffee bundles, place items into shipping boxes, and apply appropriate labels
Palletize cartons, apply stretch wrap, and stage completed pallets using manual pallet jacks
Maintain a clean work area and strictly adhere to facility policies and OSHA safety guidelines

Location: Fort Worth. The position is based on-site in South Fort Worth.
