At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compounder to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining production quality and efficiency.Shift Patterns
- This is a 12 hour weekend shift 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- 20.00 - 24.00 USD hourly
- Experience working in a manufacturing, mixing, or production environment.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions, formulas, recipes, or production specifications.
- Experience operating production, manufacturing, or processing equipment.
- Basic math skills to measure, calculate, verify quantities, or complete production-related tasks.
- Experience using forklift and material handling equipment.
- Experience documenting production data, batch records, or inventory transactions.
- Proven ability to work in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical to quality and compliance.
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling raw materials or finished products.
- Experience with inventory control, material staging, or product transfers in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and mix raw materials according to precise formulas and production specifications.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain accurate batch records and inventory documentation throughout the production process.
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to stage materials.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
