1st Shift Forklift - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 1st Shift Forklift operator to work with Bright International in New Albany. This role involves safely operating industrial machinery to ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse.Shift Patterns
- 1st shift 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
- 21.00 USD hourly
- Previous stand-up forklift experience
- Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control
- Comfortable with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
- Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location
- Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move product through facility ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids and boxes
- Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
- Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport and stack materials
