This role is essential for supporting warehouse operations by managing recruitment, onboarding, and daily staffing coordination in collaboration with warehouse supervisors.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekend and overtime as needed during peak periods.

- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment.
- Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion.
- Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, to manage data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
- Operate essential office equipment and communication tools, including phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in typing, email communication, and general office technology platforms for daily operations.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention.
- Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for warehouse personnel.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing-related inquiries and payroll assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards across the warehouse floor.
- Maintain administrative accuracy in all clerical and staffing documentation.
