At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This role is essential to supporting warehouse operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials in a fast-paced distribution environment.


Shift patterns

• 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Pay rates

• 21.00 - 23.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.


• Experience loading and unloading trailers within the last six months.


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and walking for extended periods.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.


• Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime when required.

Desirable requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking.

Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.


• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers safely and efficiently.


• Verify product counts and inspect shipments for damage upon arrival.


• Utilize warehouse systems and RF scanners to track inventory movements accurately.


• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
