This role involves handling premium Nespresso coffee products, including capsule sleeves, accessory kits, and coffee machines. It is a physically active, fast-paced warehouse position ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on fulfillment environments.Shift Patterns
- Monday: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Tuesday - Thursday: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Friday: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Lunch break: 30 minutes
- 18.50 USD hourly
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to stand on your feet throughout the entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs continuously
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard pre-employment screening
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or general labor involving fast-moving consumer packaged goods
- Experience operating handheld RF inventory scanners
- Rapidly inspect, sort, and organize Nespresso coffee products by SKU, order batch, or destination
- Use RF handheld scanners to verify serial numbers and capsule quantities for 100% order accuracy
- Assemble coffee bundles, pack items into shipping boxes, and apply labels
- Palletize cartons, apply stretch wrap, and stage pallets using manual pallet jacks
- Perform quality assurance checks for product integrity and maintain a clean, safe work area
