At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a PAB Inventory position to work with a leading logistics company in Romeoville. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring product inventory is properly accounted for throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic inventory experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Sunday to Wednesday, 6 am to 4:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Commute may not be more than 40 minutes
• Previous experience at this company is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail

Role Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages
• Verify product locations and quantities within the warehouse management system
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory records
• Monitor inventory transactions to ensure proper movement and tracking of products
• Assist with inventory adjustments or documentation
• Work closely with warehouse operations to maintain accurate stock levels
