At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Deburr Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Waukegan. This role involves finishing and preparing manufactured parts by removing excess material and imperfections to ensure high-quality standards.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday from 5:00AM to 3:30PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in deburring, grinding, manufacturing, or using hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely.
• Strong focus on quality control and workplace safety.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in a fabrication or metalworking environment.
• Familiarity with grinding equipment and quality inspection practices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for defects and imperfections.
• Perform deburring and finishing processes according to instructions.
• Safely operate hand tools and grinding equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while adhering to safety standards.
