At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in the El Paso area. This role involves essential material handling duties within a fast-paced distribution facility, ensuring the efficient flow of goods.Shift Patterns
- Monday-Friday 1 PM to 10 PM
- 14.00 USD hourly
- Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs when necessary
- Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM
- Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment in a high-traffic environment
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics or supply chain inventory software
- Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit
- Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles
- Move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments from trailers
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods using RF scanners
- Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines
