At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Avon. This role is essential for ensuring that products are accurately prepared and delivered to customers on time.Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
- 17.50 USD hourly
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift.
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.
- Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers.
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.
- Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the work period while remaining on your feet.
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while prioritizing safety and punctuality.
