Shift Patterns

• 6:30am -3:00pm Monday - Friday (with some saturdays based on workload)

Pay Rates

• 24.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Worker Leader - Assembly & Crib (Kitting) you will need to have:

• Have you worked as a leader or Supervisor in manufacturing?
• Do you have experience working in assembly and kitting areas, and can you describe your leadership or team‑coordination responsibilities?
• Are you able to manage production flow and ensure materials are delivered to the correct work areas?
• How familiar are you with the tools and equipment used in daily production operations?
• Can you communicate clearly while also demonstrating strong problem‑solving abilities?
• Are you comfortable maintaining workflow in a fast‑paced environment?
• Do you have experience operating a Hilo or forklift?
