Customer Service Support - Greensboro



At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Support role to work with a leading automotive parts provider in Greensboro. You will join the Action Service team, providing critical support to customers across North America by managing roadside assistance and breakdown events in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Shift Patterns


  • The role operates within a 24/7, 365-day environment.

  • Available shifts include: A (11 pm - 8 am), B (5 am - 2 pm), C (8 am - 5 pm), D (12 pm - 9 pm), and E (3 pm - 12 am).

  • Weekend rotations are expected.

  • Hybrid work environment may be available following the completion of onsite training.



Pay Rates


  • 22.00 USD hourly



Must-have requirements for Customer Service Support


  • 1-3 years of customer service or technical support experience.

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective documentation skills within case management systems.

  • Innovative problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.



Desirable requirements for Customer Service Support


  • Associate degree in automotive studies.

  • Experience in automotive or heavy-duty diesel repair.



Role for Customer Service Support


  • Promptly respond to and document incoming requests for roadside assistance.

  • Coordinate with customers, dealers, and service vendors to resolve technical and logistical issues.

  • Manage end-to-end case documentation to ensure transparency and timely resolution.

  • Provide technical specifications and warranty information to customers as needed.

  • Address customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to team leads when necessary.
