- Back Half Rotating Weekly Schedule
- Thursday - Saturday
- Wednesday - Saturday
- 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 25.00 USD hourly
- 2-5 years of Warehouse Lead experience
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates
- Ability to assign daily tasks to ensure work is completed
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor new and existing associates
- Ability to conduct daily start-up meetings
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed
- Ability to collaborate with supervisors and management
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Ability to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes
- Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and operations
- Monitor team performance to meet productivity and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Facilitate training and professional development for staff
