Shift Patterns

• Back Half Rotating Weekly Schedule: Thursday - Saturday and Wednesday - Saturday
• Hours: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Warehouse Lead experience
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates
• Experience assigning daily tasks and ensuring work completion
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor new and existing associates
• Experience conducting daily start-up meetings
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment
• Strong collaboration skills with supervisors and management
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes

Role

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity and quality goals are met
• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to warehouse associates
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and safety standards
