Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. This role is responsible for assembling components and finished products according to established quality, safety, and production standards.
Shift Patterns

• Mon-Friday 6am-2:30pm, some Saturdays.

Pay Rates

• 15.25 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Assembler

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs consistently over a 10-12 hour shift 6 days a week.
• Ability to lift and reach over 7 feet from the ground to place heavier items.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Desirable Requirements for Assembler

• Previous industrial or assembly experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to provide your own required work clothing, including jeans, a collared shirt, and closed-toed, sturdy shoes.

Role for Assembler

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
