At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 1st Shift Packer to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting.Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM
- Possible overtime on Saturday and Sunday
- 14.50 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Dependable and detail-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous assembly or production experience is a plus
- Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products
- Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards
- Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations
- Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting
- Full, hands-on training provided
