Machine Operator - Sheridan

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with Wright Plastic Products in Sheridan. This role involves operating semi-automatic production machinery to ensure high-quality output and efficient production workflows.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm with overtime as needed.

Pay Rates

• 15.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Machine Operator

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Role for Machine Operator

• Operate semi-automatic production machines and perform correct insert loading operations.
• Maintain equipment by grinding runners and filling production boxes at the press.
• Ensure the work area and presses are kept clean and organized.
• Complete all necessary production paperwork and report any unsafe working conditions.
• Manage non-conforming parts and ensure all safety protocols and PPE requirements are followed.
