At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pickers/Packers to work with Somerset Talent Pool in Somerset. This role involves ensuring products are accurately picked and packed for customer delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Shift Patterns
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
- 22.00 USD hourly
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery
- Ensure items are packaged correctly and placed in the proper containers
- Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the entire work period
- Handle items with care to prevent product damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines
