At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading company in Eden. This role involves packing products into shipping boxes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining productivity in a team-oriented environment.


Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. Start times vary by department (5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 6:30 AM).


• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. Start times vary by department (3:00 PM, 3:30 PM, or 4:00 PM).

Pay Rates

• 15.25 - 17.25 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for General Laborer

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.


• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.


• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule.


• Dependable transportation to and from the job site.


• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.


• Possession of required safety shoes.
