Warehouse Associate - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading manufacturing and packaging company in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that shipments are processed efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rates

• 14.50 USD hourly

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Organize stock and maintain product accuracy
