At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pickers/Packers to work with Somerset Talent Pool in Somerset. This role involves ensuring products are accurately picked and packed for customer delivery, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency throughout your shift.Shift Patterns
- 2nd shift BHN: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 pm to 5:30 am
- 23.00 USD hourly
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
- Ensure items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers
- Maintain consistent packing speed while remaining on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Handle all products with care to prevent damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while adhering to safety protocols
