At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Tech II to work with Deckers Brands in Mooresville. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced environment.Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 27.16 USD hourly
- 1–3 years of maintenance technician experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience working with high and low voltage systems, AC/DC controls, and industrial equipment
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- HVAC certification or other skilled trade certifications
- Experience with conveyors, sorters, or forklift maintenance
- CMMS experience
- Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to positively influence others
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems
- Mentor entry-level technicians and support facility operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety procedures
