At Clara, we are recruiting for an On-Site Supervisor to work with a leading company in the staffing and logistics sector in Columbus.

Shift Patterns

• Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with weekend and overtime as needed during peak periods.

Pay Rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for On-Site Supervisor:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment.
• Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion.
• Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States.

Desirable requirements for On-Site Supervisor:

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, to manage data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
• Operate essential office equipment and communication tools, including phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in typing, email communication, and general office technology platforms for daily operations.

• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients.
• Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention.
• Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly.

Role of On-Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily on-site operations and coordinate temporary staff schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives to address operational needs.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
