Requirements
Essential requirements for Cherry Picker:
- Proven experience operating cherry pickers
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
- Previous experience with the employer through Job&Talent or affiliated staffing partners is accepted for re-hire
Skills and qualifications for Cherry Picker:
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations and equipment functionality.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling best practices.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations pertaining to warehouse safety.
Role responsibilities for Cherry Picker
- Operate cherry picker equipment safely to retrieve items from high-level racking.
- Execute order picking tasks with high precision to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform manual material handling and lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
