Warehouse Associate - Bethlehem
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role involves handling inventory, receiving shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Shift patterns
- Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4 days, 10 hours).
- Main function is picking, with additional warehouse tasks as required.
Pay rates
- 16.50 USD hourly
- Incentives available for perfect attendance.
Requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.
Role for Warehouse Associate
- Physically unload freight from containers and trailers.
- Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions.
- Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns.
- Operate manual pallet jacks to move stock efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory environment.
