Die Cast Operator - Pierceton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Die Cast Operator to work with a leading manufacturer in Pierceton. We are looking for individuals to help produce high-quality aluminum parts in a hands-on environment.Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday, 10:45 pm to 7:00 am
- 21.00 USD hourly
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating production machinery in an automotive, die casting, metal manufacturing, or similar industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience operating, monitoring, or troubleshooting die cast, CNC, press, or other industrial production equipment.
- Ability to safely perform physical production work in a hot manufacturing environment, including standing for the full shift, lifting materials up to 55 lbs, wearing required PPE, and working overtime as needed.
- Operate die cast machines, trim presses, automatic sprayers, and robots.
- Apply lubricants and manage casting removal.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality.
