Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading foundry company in Greenwood. This role involves operating material handling equipment in a high-temperature, industrial environment, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of raw materials, heavy molds, and finished castings.
Shift Patterns

• 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts (2 on, 2 off, 3 on)

Pay Rates

• 20.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Safely transport raw materials, molten metal ladles, molds, and finished castings throughout the foundry and to shipping areas.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and rail cars using specialized attachments such as clamps or rotators.
• Utilize Radio Frequency scanners to log inventory and update Warehouse Management Systems.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment including fluid levels and battery charging.

Role Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment in a high-temperature industrial setting.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Ensure accurate counts of outgoing products and update inventory records.
