At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with Iroquois Industries - Groesbeck Stamping in Warren. This role involves setting up and operating manufacturing machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: 6 am to 4:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 14.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
• Ability to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift

Role Tasks

• Set up and operate various manufacturing machines according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent production quality
• Perform routine quality checks and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational safety
• Follow daily operational procedures and safety protocols
