At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Inventory to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Kenosha. You will be working for the client in Kenosha.

Shift patterns

• Front Half Nights | 07:00pm - 5:30am (10h 30m)
  Repeats weekly on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Pay rates

• 22.50 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Inventory:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Entry level position; prior warehouse, inventory, or quality experience is helpful but not required
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, or similar tools)
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, vest, eyewear, and gloves

Desirable requirements for Inventory:

• Detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Specialist with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with warehouse teams, and working efficiently in fast-paced packaging environments. Skilled at time management, teamwork, and adapting quickly to changing operational needs while ensuring accuracy and productivity.

Your role for Inventory

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies within the warehouse.
• Maintain organized storage areas to optimize inventory control and accessibility.
• Use basic computer tools to update stock levels and document findings.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate product movement and tracking.
