- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workforce management applications.
- Expertise in Google Workspace for communication and data analysis.
- Ability to implement effective workforce planning strategies for high-volume demands.
- Experience managing timekeeping, payroll processing, and client invoicing.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key client contacts.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities for on-site supervisory teams.
