At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operations Supervisor to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Long Beach. You will be working for the client in Long Beach.

Shift Patterns

• 6am to 4/5pm. Currently working approx 10 hour shift. Occasional Saturdays.

Pay Rates

• 1500.00 - 1885.00 USD weekly

Requirements

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor you will need to have:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of relevant warehouse or logistics leadership
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment
• 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience
• 5+ years of understanding of inbound warehousing operations
• Proficient MS Excel use to make daily operation more efficient and effective
• Availability to work some Saturdays and 10-hour days
• Experience supervising teams of 15–20 associates
