At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Helper to work with a leading global industrial manufacturing organization in Amory. This role supports critical industries by ensuring the facility's machinery and equipment remain in top condition within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


Shift Patterns

• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday


• Potential overtime until 2:00 PM on Fridays


• Some Saturdays required based on operational needs

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Maintenance Helper

• Ability to perform physically strenuous tasks, including regular heavy lifting


• Comfortable working in industrial environments and with steel materials


• Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices


• Reliable means of transportation


• Experience or willingness to learn forklift operation

Desirable Requirements for Maintenance Helper

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Role Tasks for Maintenance Helper

• Assist maintenance technicians with routine repairs and equipment installations


• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective maintenance tasks


• Prepare work areas and organize tools for efficient maintenance operations
