At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with Expeditors in El Paso. This role involves day-to-day material handling within a fast-paced distribution facility, ensuring efficient operations and safety.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 14.50 USD hourly
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating stand-up forklifts such as reach trucks or order pickers.
- Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs when necessary.
- Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.
- Ability to follow safety rules and operate machinery cautiously.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics or inventory software.
- Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.
- Move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments from trailers.
- Verify product numbers and condition of goods against order documentation using RF scanners.
- Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines.
