At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in South WhitehallTwp.
Shift Patterns
- Regular Schedule: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM This is a 2nd shift (night shift) warehouse position. 👉 Training Schedule (Starting May 27): Training will take place on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Some days may be full shifts or shorter (4–8 hours), depending on need. Must be available to work on weekends during peak season whenever is needed. ✅ Pay Rate: $18/hour You will be paid $18/hour during training, even while working on 1st shift Once training is completed, you will move to your regular schedule: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Requirements
What you need to bring to the role for Warehouse associate:
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
What you will do for Warehouse associate
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming shipments
- Operate pallet jacks to move inventory safely across the warehouse
- Track and organize inventory using basic tracking systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
