At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Blending Operator to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in Mahwah. You will be working for the client in Mahwah.
Shift patterns
- 1st Shift Blanding | 7AM to 3:30PM
Repeat on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Pay rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Requirements for Blending Operator:
- General learning ability required to carry out many manual assembly and machine related duties at customer and quality standards.
- Excellent visual inspection required to identify any defects.
- Good clerical ability needed to accurately record necessary data on line with basic mathematical aptitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent with the ability to read, write and comprehend operating procedures in English.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Your role as a Blending Operator
- Operate blending equipment to mix raw materials according to specific formulas and quality standards.
- Monitor the blending process to ensure consistency and identify any production issues.
- Clean and sanitize tanks, pipes, and other equipment after each batch completion.
- Document production data and material usage accurately in the tracking system.
- Set up and adjust machine settings for optimal production performance and safety.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
