At Clara, we are recruiting for a General Manager to work with a leading premium seafood restaurant group in Costa Mesa. You will be working for the client in Costa Mesa.

• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings as required by business operations.

Pay Rates

• 110000.00 USD yearly

Requirements

Essential requirements for General Manager:

Desirable requirements for General Manager:

• Experience with software like PoS or financial systems, scheduling and reservations or guest interactions. List with which ones.
• Experience with internal software systems for payroll, inventory, recruiting or onboarding. Ask for specific names.
• At least medium experience working with excel
• Salary expectation, split between base and bonus.
• Currently on a bonus program? What are the metrics of the program?
