Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Robotics Maintenance Tech to work with a leading apparel manufacturing company in Southaven. This role is essential for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a highly automated warehouse.
Shift Patterns

• Front Half Days: Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Back Half Days: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Front Half Nights: Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.
• Back Half Nights: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

Pay Rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous robotic maintenance experience
• Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on a wide variety of industrial printing equipment
• Ability to respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Proficiency with CMMS or work order systems

Role

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Locus robotic systems and AMRs
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on robotics, conveyors, and machinery
• Identify and respond to equipment faults and operational issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and support tickets
• Ensure safety procedures are followed around automated equipment
